From July 2020 to August 2021, Buy From Afghanistan closed deals worth 13.5 million Afghanis every week for the poorest people of Afghanistan from the most disadvantaged communities by working with craftspeople, farmers and traders of Afghanistan. Buy From Afghanistan created income of 702 million Afghanis ($11 Million) through the hardwork, creativity and dedication of the people, who needed an opportunity and partnership through business not donations.
By 2030, Buy From Afghanistan aims to engage and impact the lives of approximately 5 million women and girls (about 25% of the country’s female population), and mobilise around $100 million in capital to buy from them. The program will be expanded from Europe to America and major markets in Asia and Africa.
